Years of light-hearted chats of starting a bakery, and kitchen expriments, led me to finally trying out the dream.

In my other life, I am a health care proffessional. I love baking delicious treats for my friends and family and want to share with a wider audience. My day gets busy and crazy very quickly. My precious time each morning with my coffee and my breakfast biscotti sets me straight. It is the quiet and still treat I keep for myself— before my kids get up... before I have to get ready for work... before the to-do list. My biscotti is what sets me right for the day. I hope it can add a little something to yours as well.

Once established, I plan to donate a portion of any proceeds to rotating non-profits that support the things I care for most: care of humans, care of animals, and care for the planet.
